11. Google Account and Google Services Data (DevWorks Automation Application)

DevWorks Automation operates an internal business application also named DevWorks Automation. It is used by DevWorks personnel and authorized service providers to support our own marketing and website operations. It is not a public consumer sign-up service, and we do not offer Google Sign-In or similar Google account authorization to visitors of this website.

Data described in this section comes from Google services connected to DevWorks-owned and authorized Google accounts (including service accounts where applicable), not from website visitors granting access to their personal Google accounts through this site.

What we access

• Google Ads: Campaign, ad group, keyword, conversion, audience, and related advertising metrics and settings for our own Google Ads accounts, including reporting and management of our campaigns, conversion and audience configuration, and keyword planning or research (such as Keyword Planner) where that access has been granted to our accounts.
• Google Analytics 4: Read-only access to traffic, engagement, and related analytics reports for our website properties through DevWorks-authorized Google accounts.
• Google Search Console: Read-only access to search performance, indexing, and query reports for our website.

How we use this data

• Measure and improve our advertising, website content, and search visibility.
• Prepare internal reports, summaries, and recommendations for DevWorks business decisions.
• Maintain records needed to audit changes, troubleshoot integrations, and support compliance.

Storage and sharing

Google-derived metrics and reports may be retrieved, processed, and summarized by authorized DevWorks personnel and by authorized service providers and automation tools acting on our instructions (including hosted assistant or reporting systems). We may store copies in business records, including reports and audit records, for ongoing analysis and reference. We do not sell Google user data. Our general no-sale commitment in Section 4 also applies to data obtained from Google services under this section.

Customer Match (separate from OAuth access)

For Customer Match audiences, we may hash email addresses for active business contacts in the United States and Canada who have provided the consent or permissions required for this use, as recorded in our business contact records, and upload those hashes to Google through Google’s Data Manager or related advertising tools. That upload uses contact information you provided to DevWorks and is separate from OAuth-based retrieval of data from Google accounts through the DevWorks Automation application.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain Google-derived business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, consistent with Section 6. We apply the safeguards described in Section 7. Because access is tied to DevWorks-controlled Google accounts, revoking or limiting use generally requires changes to those account permissions or integrations; you may contact us via Contact Us with questions. Rights in Section 8 apply where they relate to personal information we hold about you.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use of data obtained from Google APIs through authorized DevWorks Google accounts is limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In connection with our use of Google APIs, DevWorks has agreed to Google’s API Services User Data Policy; our handling of Google user data adheres to that policy, including the Limited Use requirements that apply to the scopes we use.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
